Description

Lab Tech

Location: Bullhead City, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Friday to Monday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Responsible for efficient planning, directing, and accurate provision of all laboratory testing for inpatients and outpatients.
Demonstrates critical thinking, judgment, and leadership in laboratory technology.
Practices in accordance with laboratory policies, procedures, regulatory standards, recognized testing techniques, and administrative policies.
Ability to rotate through all laboratory areas, including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and urinalysis.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Lab Technician (MLT), including experience within the last year.
Must hold Medical Lab Technician certification from ASCP.
