**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Respiratory Therapist!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Middlebury, VT - **Facility Type:** 25-bed critical access hospital - **Unit Specialty:** Respiratory Therapy - **Patient Population:** All age groups (birth to geriatric) - **Work Schedule:** - Monday to Sunday - Minimum of every other weekend - Approximately 36 hours per week with potential for more - **Shift Hours:** - 12-hour shifts with rotation schedule - Weekend and holiday requirements **Requirements:** - NRP certification required upon submission - RRT, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS certifications required - NICU experience within the last year - Epic experience from within the past 2 years is mandatory - Reliable transportation needed (personal or rental vehicle recommended as public transport is not available) - Ensure proper documentation of all employment history, including bed count, EMR, facility type, etc. **What You’ll Be Doing:** - Deliver exceptional respiratory therapy services to a diverse patient population - Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team - Manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment, including ECMO, if applicable - Document patient care using Epic documentation system - Float to Medical/Surgical, ED, and Birthing Center as needed **Additional Information:** - Dress code: scrubs (with no specific color preference), closed-toe shoes, and groomed appearance - Nail polish and jewelry displays are a matter of personal preference but should maintain a professional appearance - Experience with newborn and pediatric patients is preferred - Preparation for potential floating within various units **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
