**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Respiratory Therapist!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Middlebury, VT - **Unit Specialty:** Respiratory Therapy - **Total Beds:** 25 bed critical access hospital **Requirements:** - NRP required upon submission - RRT, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and NRP required - Must have NICU experience within the last year - Patient population includes all age groups, including ICU and ED floors - Epic experience from the past 2 years is required - Must document all specialties worked in employment history - Public transportation is NOT accessible; reliable transportation is mandatory **Schedule:** - Monday to Sunday - Minimum of every other weekend - No block schedules - Typically 36 hours per week (with potential for more) - Shift Hours: 12 hours - Weekend and holiday requirements apply **Professional Environment:** - Engage with a diverse patient population, ages 0-100+ - Utilize advanced respiratory therapy techniques - Collaborate in a supportive team atmosphere - Possible floating required to M/S, ED, and Birthing Center **Preferred Qualifications:** - Newborn and pediatric experience **Expectations:** - Follow dress code: scrubs and closed-toe shoes - Maintain professional appearance: groomed hair and good hygiene **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
