Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (varies), no weekends
Hours per Week: 38 hours


Job Description

  • Provide physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses.
  • Focus on improving patient strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and function.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
  • Work at an outpatient clinic with a goal to reduce patient wait times by increasing rehab staff.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Work 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts; days vary.
  • No weekend shifts.
  • Opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities with 3 days off weekly.

Housing

  • Newly remodeled furnished studio and small one-bedroom apartments available near the facility.
  • Includes Wi-Fi, utilities, and on-site laundry.
  • No pets allowed; no deposit required.
  • Availability-based offer for travelers during assignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
  • Physical therapy experience within the last year
  • BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
