Medical Technologist Travel Position

Location: Palmer, Alaska
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (8:00 PM – 6:30 AM), Sunday through Wednesday
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Perform laboratory testing with a focus on Blood Bank and Antibody Identification
No floating required
Call possible
No 48-hour shifts
Electronic Medical Record system used: Cerner
Facility size: 125 beds

Required Qualifications

ASCP MLS Certification
Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
2 to 5+ years of experience in Blood Bank and Antibody Identification
2 to 5 years of overall Medical Technologist experience
Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility

Additional Notes

Scrub color: Royal Blue
Return to Office blackout on July 4th
Travelers must include permanent home address on submission
Social Security Number must be included on the tax tab of the candidate's profile (not in emails or submittals)
