**Exciting Opportunity for Home Dialysis RN** **Job Description:** - 13-week commitment for FMLA/LOA - Travel required to various locations: - Radius: $90 for 51-100 miles - $85 for 50 miles or less - Home dialysis experience required - Essential skills include: - Training patients on home dialysis - Maintaining patients on home dialysis - Proficient in using: - Baxter PD cycles - NxStage home hemodialysis machine - Float as needed to multiple locations - Must be flexible with schedule: - Work 8-hour days - No weekends - BLS certification required - Epic experience within the past 2 years required - Minimum 1-year outpatient experience working with ESRD and chronic renal patients - Must provide complete work history: - Bed count - EMR - Facility type **Additional Information:** - Reliable transportation is essential: - Public transportation not accessible in the area - Personal or rental vehicle recommended - Bi-weekly orientations held on Mondays - Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
