**Join Our Compassionate Hospice Nursing Team!** **Job Description:** - Seeking an experienced Hospice RN for an engaging assignment with a focus on patient-centered care. - Enjoy the autonomy and flexibility of working 10-hour days, including weekends as needed. - Minimal on-call coverage, with the opportunity to support an on-call team. **Requirements:** - AHA BLS certification required. - Minimum of 3 years prior community hospice experience. - Strong typing skills essential for a narrative-heavy EMR system. - Expertise in hospice/end-of-life care and complex symptom management. - Ability to conduct thorough symptom assessments and provide high-level critical thinking. - Comfort in initiating and participating in goals of care discussions with patients, families, and the healthcare team. - Proficient in medication management and administration via various routes (IV, subcutaneous, oral, sublingual, rectal, etc.). - Recent EPIC experience (within the past 2 years) is mandatory and nonnegotiable. **Additional Information:** - Flexible schedule: Monday to Sunday with no block schedules. - Bi-weekly orientations held on Mondays; next available orientation coming soon. - Please provide complete work history, including employment gaps over 90 days and information regarding bed count, EMR, facility type, etc. - Important: Public transportation is not available in this area; reliable personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended. - All vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November through April. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
