**Exciting Opportunity for Hospice RN** **Job Description:** - Join a compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional hospice care. - Engage with patients and families, bringing comfort during critical end-of-life discussions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide call coverage as needed, with 10-hour weekday shifts and weekend availability. - Utilize critical thinking skills for complex symptom management and education. - Conduct thorough symptom assessments and manage medications via various routes (IV, subcutaneous, oral, sublingual, rectal, etc.). - Participate in goals of care discussions and planning with patients, families, and the healthcare team. **Requirements:** - Current AHA BLS certification required. - Minimum of 3 years of prior community hospice experience. - Proficient typing skills for narrative-heavy EMR documentation. - Proven experience with EPIC within the past 2 years (mandatory). **Additional Information:** - Flexible schedule: Monday to Sunday with no block scheduling. - Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays; check for upcoming availability. - Applicants should explain any employment gaps over 90 days. - Complete work history required (including bed count, EMR, facility type). **Disclaimers:** - Reliable transportation is essential; public transport is not accessible. - Vehicles must have all-season or snow tires from November to April. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
