Registered Nurse - Surgery (Circulator)

Location: Salida, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Surgical RN position working in a scenic mountain valley known for outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, and whitewater rafting.
Work schedule: 4 days per week, Tuesday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts).
Includes participation in a call rotation covering weekdays and weekends, shared equitably among staff.
Total hours per week: 40.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
Minimum of 3 years of OR Circulator experience, with at least some experience within the last year
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

Certifications such as BLS/BCLS, NRP, and ATT are noted but not explicitly required beyond those listed above.
No prior travel experience required.
