**Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic team dedicated to exceptional patient care. - Evaluate patients and assist physicians with hands-on care. - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs. - Identify patient needs through thorough assessment and prioritize care effectively. - Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care through ongoing assessments. - Initiate detailed assessments based on patient issues, physician diagnoses, and health frameworks. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions that make a real difference. - Manage overall patient care with compassion and expertise. - Document care meticulously following established standards and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practices, driving innovation in care delivery. - Deliver patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing integrity. - Embrace additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 1+ year of experience in a related specialty. **Required Education:** - Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required. - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. **Required Certifications & Licensure:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association. - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - AHA Only. - New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. **Schedule Notes:** - Shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 x 12. - Every other weekend required. - Holiday requirement as needed. - No on-call requirement. - Floating to Pediatrics/PICU required as needed. - Scrub color: Navy. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
