Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Contract Position

Location: Lakeport, California
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour day shift

Job Description

Seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Candidates ideally have completed at least one 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility, though this is not mandatory.

Required Qualifications

Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant within the last year

Additional Information

Facility size: 81 beds
Location: Approximately 125 miles northwest of Sacramento near Clear Lake
