**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Cath / Prep Recovery!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team dedicated to patient care in our Cardiac Cath / Prep Recovery department! - As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in: - Evaluating patients and assisting physicians with comprehensive patient care. - Planning, implementing, and documenting tailored nursing care based on individual patient needs. - Identifying patient needs and establishing priorities for care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Developing, implementing, and coordinating individualized plans of care for assigned patients through initial and ongoing assessments. - Initiating assessments based on patient issues, physician diagnoses, and functional health frameworks. - Performing therapeutic nursing interventions with precision and compassion. - Managing and advocating for the best possible care for your patients. - Documenting care according to standards and priorities associated with patient acuity. - Championing evidence-based practice standards and supporting innovations in care delivery. - Providing patient-centric care aligned with a professional nursing practice model. - Embracing other responsibilities as assigned. **Requirements:** - Required Education: - ASN Required. - Preferred Education: - BSN Preferred. - Required Certifications & Licensure: - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - BLS - AHA. - ACLS - AHA. - Telemetry. - Required Years of Experience: - 2 years of nursing experience. - Required Hard Skills: - Experience as a Circulating nurse. - Familiarity with EPIC, Mac-LAB, Impella, balloon pump. - Proficiency in PCI, Right heart cath, Left heart cath procedures. - Required Soft Skills: - Experience with circulation during pacer insertion. - Experience with pulmonary embolism cases. **Schedule:** - Shift: Day - Hours per Week: 40 - On-call requirement: Yes (4 weekdays and one weekend Friday-Sunday) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
