**Exciting Opportunity for Hospice RN** Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care! We are seeking a skilled Hospice RN with a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and their families. **Job Description:** - **Start Date:** Must start within the next week - **Call Coverage:** Rarely needed; potential to support on-call team - **Schedule:** 10-hour days with weekend availability as required **Requirements:** - AHA BLS certification - Minimum of 3 years of community hospice experience - Excellent typing skills needed for a narrative-heavy EMR - Expertise in hospice/end-of-life care with complex symptom management and education - Advanced symptom assessment and management with strong critical thinking - Comfortable initiating and participating in goals of care discussions with patients, families, and team members - Experience with medication management and administration via multiple routes (IV, Subcutaneous, oral, sublingual, and more) - EPIC experience within the past 2 years is required (non-negotiable) **Additional Information:** - Offers available from IVS - Schedule: Monday to Sunday - No block scheduling available - Please explain any employment gaps over 90 days - Complete work history information required for submission (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) **Disclaimers:** - Public transportation not available; reliable personal or rental vehicle recommended - Vehicles must be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
