Registered Nurse (Med Surg) – Travel Position

Location: Dothan, Alabama
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Travel RN position on a Medical-Surgical unit.
Start date: ASAP.
Facility requires a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility.
Facility will accept candidates with pending ACLS certification if obtained prior to start.
Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system is required.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alabama.
Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system.
