**Exciting Opportunity for a Charge Nurse - L&D!** **Job Description:** - Seeking passionate and experienced Charge Nurse for Labor & Delivery unit. - Work with a tight-knit team in a dynamic environment focused on excellence in patient care. **Unit Specifics:** - **Number of Beds:** 16 - **Patient Ratios:** AWHONN/Title 22 ratios - **Staffing Structure:** Includes OB tech, charge nurse, resource nurses, and RNs for floor assignments. - **Equipment:** CPN GE monitors, Novii (Monica’s) - **Documentation System:** CPN for nursing, Meditech for Order entry - **Schedule Requirements:** 3 shifts of 12 hours (no more than 6 consecutive) - **Floating Policy:** Charge RN will solely work charge shifts. - **Patient Experience Requirement:** Rounding for escalated concerns. **Ideal Candidate Qualifications:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 4+ years in nursing, with a focus on L&D. - **Skills:** Strong leadership abilities and calm demeanor during obstetrical emergencies. - **Certifications:** - AWHONN Intermediate or higher - EFM and ACLS certification required. **Dress Code:** - Hospital required scrubs. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
