Radiology Technician (Travel Assignment)

Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Unit Info:
- Approximate beds: 185
- Staff: 7 full-time, 5 PRN
- Patient ratio: 1:1
Shift: Nights (rotating call/holidays)
Hours per week: 36
Call: Rotates among full-time staff on evenings, overnights, and weekends for OR add-ons or high volume situations
Typical Procedures: Heavy OR surgery case volume, ER, outpatient and inpatient X-ray, fluoroscopy
Equipment Used: GE systems, C-arms OEC 9800 & 9900, O-Arm, GE 3D Carm
EMR Systems: Epic, McKesson PACS
Dress Code: Scrubs in grey or pewter

Required Qualifications

ARRT Certification (must have at time of application)
BLS Certification
Minimum 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
Successful completion of an assessment to evaluate Radiology Technologist skills

Additional Information

No floating required
Call rotation includes evenings, overnights, and weekends
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high surgical volume
