**Exciting Opportunity for an Ultrasound Tech at Central Vermont Medical Center!** Join a dynamic team at a well-established healthcare facility and make a difference in the lives of patients every day! We are seeking a talented Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer to embark on a rewarding journey with us. **Key Highlights:** - **Start Date:** Must begin within the next week - **Licensure:** Valid RVT and ARDMS (AB or OB) credentials required - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of unit experience, with vascular experience necessary - **Equipment:** Work with advanced technology such as GE Logic E10s and Samsung WS80A - **Schedule:** Flexible with hours, with on-call rotation for weekends (8a-12p, every 4th-5th weekend) - **Work Environment:** Collaborate with a team of 40+ staff, although 3rd shift may work independently - **Patient Care:** Conduct general ultrasound exams, including vascular procedures - **Documentation System:** Familiarity with EPIC required from within the last 2 years (non-negotiable) **Facility Features:** - **Bed Count:** 100 total beds in a community-based hospital - **Imaging Equipment:** Includes multiple X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound machines - **Procedure Scheduling:** Routine exams with scheduled intervals (15 minutes for US, 45 minutes for CT) - **Team Collaboration:** Float within radiology, including performing necessary procedures in surgery and fluoroscopy **Requirements:** - Valid RVT and ARDMS (AB or OB) credentials - 2 years of relevant unit experience - Vascular experience necessary - EPIC system familiarity (non-negotiable) - Reliable personal transportation or rental vehicle recommended (public transport not accessible) **Dress Code:** - Scrubs in any color, closed non-skid shoes, minimal jewelry - Groomed hair/beard required; no artificial nails **Additional Information:** - Must explain any work history gaps over 90 days - No block scheduling – adaptability needed for varied shifts **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
