**Exciting Opportunity for a Respiratory Therapist** **Job Description:** - Start Date: Next week - License Required: Must be on file at time of submission - Travel Rates: - Local (50 miles or less) - Radius (51-100 miles) - Travel (101 miles+) - **Requirements:** - Minimum of 2-3 years of RT experience - 2 years of experience in a clinical setting - NRP required, with some experience in the neonatal/pediatric population preferred - EPIC experience from within the past 2 years (non-negotiable) - **Key Information:** - Must be flexible with your schedule - Minimum of every other weekend required - Adjust schedule to meet unit needs and patient care - Support in the nursery and ER as needed - **Facility Details:** - Total Number of Facility Beds: 341 - Trauma Level: 2 - No block schedules allowed - Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained - Complete work history including bed count, EMR, and facility type required for submission - **Transportation:** - Public transportation is NOT accessible - Reliable transportation required; personal or rental vehicle recommended - Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires from November to April - **Orientation and Dress Code:** - Number of Days of Orientation: 2 - Dress Code: - Scrubs: Black or Ceil Blue - Shoes: Closed, non-slip - Jewelry: Minimal, in accordance with hospital policies - Hair/Beard: Groomed; no beards for N95 mask readiness - Nail Polish: Must follow hospital dress code policy - **Documentation and Medication Systems:** - Documentation System: EPIC - Medication System: Pyxis - **Work Environment:** - Floating Required: Yes, will float to hospital floors as needed - Scheduling: - 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) - Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM / 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM - Rotation depends on department needs - Weekend Requirements: Yes, every other - Holiday Requirements: Yes - Patient Population: Neonate to Adult (Age Range: 0 - 100+) - **Special Equipment:** - Puritan Bennett 980 & 840 - LTV1200 Respiratory available 24/7 for support **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
