Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (7 AM - 7 PM)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Details

Unit Type: Medical-Surgical
Patient Ratio: 1:6 to 1:7
Unit Size: 31 beds
May require floating to other medical-surgical floors
No block scheduling
Scrubs color: Royal Blue
Electronic Medical Record system: Cerner
Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (no 48-hour shifts)

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience within the last year
BLS certification
ACLS certification (including completion of all ACLS modules)
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Additional Notes

Candidates must include permanent home address on submission
Social Security Number should not be included in submission packets or emails
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
