Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Contract
Location: Salinas, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Flexible; Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Hours per Week: 38
Job Description
- Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for both short-term and long-term residents.
- Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Complete required documentation according to facility standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in California.
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience within the last year (0 years of experience acceptable).

- This is a travel contract position.
