Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year

Additional Information

Personality Fit: Outgoing
Dress Code: Grey scrubs or business casual permitted; blue jeans are not acceptable
