Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Travel)
Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in a medical-surgical setting.
- Facility offers a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services.
- Joint Commission Accredited with specialized certifications including Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Certified Primary Stroke Center.
- 199-bed hospital located in a region known for outdoor recreational activities and year-round sunshine.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico.
- Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience, with experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Additional Notes
- Candidates must reside at least 60 miles away from the facility to qualify as travel staff.
- Orientation sessions are held weekly on Mondays.
