**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Respiratory Therapist!** **Job Description:** - Start Date: Must begin within the next week - License: Must have license on file at time of submission - Rates: Tiered based on mileage (measured by direct line, not driving distance) - Travel: 101 miles+ - Radius: 51-100 miles - Local: 50 miles or less - Shift Schedule: Monday to Sunday - No block schedules for any reason **Job Requirements:** - Minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet unit and patient care needs - Holidays as needed - No specified scrub color; any hospital scrubs preferred - Patient population: All age groups, including ICU and ED floors **Qualifications:** - Required Certifications: RRT, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NRP - Experience: - Minimum of 2 years required - Must have neonate and pediatric experience (NICU/PICU) - EPIC experience within the past 2 years (nonnegotiable) - Detailed documentation of all specialties worked required - All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained **Additional Information:** - Public transportation is NOT accessible in the area; reliable transportation (personal vehicle or rental) is strongly recommended - Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April **Facility Overview:** - Total Facility Beds: 100 - Trauma Level: Level 2 - Teaching Facility: No - Prior Travel Experience: Not required - Nurse Patient Ratio by shift: Not applicable - Shift Hours: 12 **Unit Specifics:** - Special Equipment: - Hamilton C3 and T1 Ventilators - V60 NIV - Airvo 2 and F&P Heated HFNC - Bubble CPAP - Respiratory support available 24/7 - Anesthesia support available 24/7 - Ventilator management: By Respiratory Therapy, in conjunction with Pulmonary Critical Care physicians and Hospitalist service **Core Responsibilities:** - External transports for adult critical care patients - RT driven protocol for bronchodilator therapy, hyperinflation, airway clearance, and NIV therapy - Mechanical ventilation protocols for ICU patients **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
