**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Respiratory Therapists!** **Job Description:** - Start Date: Must start within the next week - Licenses: Valid licenses required at the time of submission **Position Highlights:** - **Work Schedule:** - Minimum of every other weekend - Flexible scheduling to meet the unit and patient care needs - No specified scrub color; dress code: hospital scrubs preferred (any color) - **Patient Population:** - All age groups, including ICU and ED floors - Experience with neonates and pediatrics (NICU/PICU experience is a plus) - **Requirements:** - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification - AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience - Document employment history comprehensively, including specialties - Epic experience required within the last 2 years — non-negotiable - **Facility Information:** - Size: Total of 100 beds - Teaching Facility: No - Trauma Level: Level 2 - **Working Environment:** - Self-scheduling system with 12-hour shifts - No weekend block schedules - Orientation: 3 days - Friendly patient-to-staff ratios with strong support from respiratory therapy staff - **Special Equipment Utilized:** - Hamilton C3 and T1 Ventilator - V60 NIV, Airvo 2, and F&P Heated HFNC - Bubble CPAP - Support available 24/7 for consultations - **Unit-Specific Procedures:** - Protocols for mechanical ventilation, bronchodilator therapy, hyperinflation, airway clearance, and NIV therapy - External transports for adult critical care patients **Important Notes:** - Reliable transportation is required; public transport is not available in the area. - Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires from November to April. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
