Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Unit Information
- Department: Rehabilitation (2nd Floor)
- Number of beds: 10
- Patient population: adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, traumatic brain injuries
- Patient ratio: 5:1
- Equipment: Omnicell
- Electronic Health Record (EHR): Meditech
- Shift: Night (7 PM – 7 AM)
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
- Weekend hours: Every other weekend (Sat/Sun days, Fri/Sat nights)
- Call requirements: None
- Float requirements: Occasional float to med/surg as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington
- Minimum 1 year of rehabilitation nursing experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience with rehabilitation documentation, including GG scoring
Preferred Skills
- Teamwork and collaborative personality fit
Additional Information
- Scrub color: Any
- No unacceptable attire specified
- Must be located more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as travel
- Orientation offered multiple times monthly
