Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel)

Location: Springfield, Tennessee
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Unit Overview

Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
Number of Beds: 109
Equipment: Philips cath lab, Merge hemo, Meditech EMR
Documentation System: Meditech
Scheduling: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs (not provided)

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS certification
BLS certification

Procedures Performed

Left Heart Catheterization (LHC)
Right/Left Heart Catheterization (R/LHC)
Stent placement
Peripheral angiography
Linq implant and explant
Generator changes
Pacemaker implants

Additional Information

Patient experience requirements include ACLS certification and cath lab experience
Unit offers exposure to advanced cardiac procedures and technology
Staffing includes unit secretaries and tech support (details not specified)
