Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Manager experience within the last year
- 2 years of manager experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Psychiatric experience
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a psychiatric health care facility
- Direct experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients
- Experience with patient assessments, family motivation, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities
Additional Notes
- May be required to work flexible hours and overtime
- CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training are required within 30 days of employment and before any patient contact
