Nuclear Med Tech

Job Overview

Location: Pasadena, Texas
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours per week: 36
Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM
On-call: Saturday–Wednesday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Unit Details

Solo-run nuclear medicine unit
2 nuclear medicine rooms
Possible patient ratio: 2:1
Typical procedures include HIDA scans, gastric emptying studies, and stress tests

Required Qualifications

Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Texas
Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
ARRT (N) or NMTCB
BLS
Ability to work solo

Preferred Qualifications

IV skills
Patient care experience
