RN - Med Surg

Job Overview

Travel RN position in Wilson, North Carolina
13-week assignment
36 hours per week
12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Every other weekend
No call requirements

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with MEDITECH

Experience / Skills

Meditech experience preferred

Unit Details

Med Surg unit
Adult and geriatric patient population
Float assignment may include a second nurse role, telemetry, and the ED
Telemetry equipment used
Patient ratio: 6:1 to 7:1

Additional Notes

Orientation is bi-weekly
Must be able to work scheduled shifts as needed
Local candidates must be 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered travel
