Med/Surg days
Must be willing to float if needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arizona
Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Assignment Notes

No more than 3 days of requested time off per 13-week contract
Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply
