Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Job Overview

Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours per week: 36
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with call every other week

Required Qualifications

Cath Lab Technologist with 2 years of experience
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
RCIS

Preferred Experience

Monitor experience

Unit Details

Cardiology unit
125 beds
1:1 patient ratio
Floating may include non-invasive, invasive, and IR areas
Uses GE core equipment
Documentation systems: Mac Lab and Meditech

Procedures and Equipment

Procedures include LHC, RHC, PCI, STEMI care, CardioMEMS, loop recorder implants, pacemakers, and ICDs
Specialty equipment includes IABP, Impella, OCT, IVUS, and FFR

Additional Notes

Experience with patients is preferred
Red or black scrubs, or hospital-laundered blue scrubs, are required
The unit reports strong employee engagement and recognized quality/safety achievements
