Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer

Job Overview

Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Assignment length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours, Monday–Friday schedule
First-time travelers: Accepted
On-call: Approximately 1 day per week; must respond to the facility within 30 minutes
Weekend work: Not required
Block scheduling: Not available
Local candidates: Not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks
Floating: May be required to float to another facility within a reasonable distance

Required Qualifications

Cardiac Sonographer (1 year of experience)
Cardiac Sonographer experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
ARDMS or CCT
