Job Details

Location: Marion, Ohio
Setting: Skilled nursing facility
Employment type: Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 8 hours, 5 days a week; flexible

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
BLS

Role Overview

Evaluate and treat short-term and long-term patients
Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
Support residents’ independence in activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognition, upper extremity function, and overall quality of life
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe discharge and maximize functional potential
Complete timely documentation and treatments with supervision and assistance from COTAs
