Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alaska
MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit experience with 2 years of experience
MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS

Assignment Notes

Pending license is accepted, but the Alaska RN license must be in hand for auto offer
Time off is reviewed individually after offer; all requested time off must be included with submission
Block scheduling is not available
On-call is not required

About

Anchorage is a unique city surrounded by 5,000-foot-high peaks in the south-central part of Alaska along the Cook Inlet, where abundant salmon and whales swim through. It's filled with cultural sites, including many museums and the Alaska Native Heritage Center, which offers stage performances and displays traditional crafts and replicas of dwellings from indigenous groups in the area.
