RN - OB/GYN

Job Overview

Location: Florence, Alabama
Employment type: Travel

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Weekly hours: 36
Contract length: 8 weeks
Start timing: Must be able to start within 7–10 days of offer acceptance
Orientation: Weekly orientation on Mondays
Scheduling: Block scheduling available
Float requirement: Postpartum

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alabama
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Labor and Delivery (3 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
OB/GYN experience
Post Partum experience
BLS
ACLS or ALS-OB
NRP
EFM

Key Experience / Skills

Fetal monitoring and assessment
Emergency response
Postpartum care
Time management

Unit Details

Patient population: Adults
Patient ratio: 1:1
Unit size: 9 beds

Additional Notes

Must be comfortable with labor and delivery cases including preterm labor, fetal distress, postpartum hemorrhage, and related obstetric conditions
Scrub color: Ceil blue
