Physical Therapist

Schedule
- 32–36 hours per week
- 4 days per week
- 8 or 9 hours per day
Setting
- 90% outpatient
- 10% inpatient
- Long-term care or hospital experience is required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
- Experience in a Long Term Care setting
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical condition, symptoms, medical history, and referrals
- Diagnose movement dysfunction
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Teach therapeutic exercises and stretches
- Use hands-on therapy techniques such as massage
- Maintain detailed patient records
- Report patient progress and status to appropriate parties
- Communicate with patients, families, and the care team
- Support teamwork, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Participate in in-services, continuing education, and staff meetings
