**Join Our Team as a Rapid Response Team (RRT) Specialist!** **Job Description:** - Experience the thrill of working with a diverse patient population, including all age groups on ICU and ED floors - Dive into a dynamic role that offers a minimum of every other weekend commitment, with flexibility to adjust your schedule to meet unit and patient care needs - Play a vital role on the frontlines of patient care during critical situations, including holidays as needed **Requirements:** - Must hold valid RRT, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and NRP certifications - At least 2 years of experience required with a strong focus on neonate and pediatric care - Previous involvement in NICU/PICU care is essential, even if your facility didn’t have dedicated units - Documented history of all specialties worked is required - Must have EPIC experience within the last 2 years, as this is a non-negotiable requirement **Additional Information:** - Flexible shifts available from Monday to Sunday; no block schedules - Bi-weekly orientations held every Monday; don’t miss the next opportunity! - Please provide detailed information on all employment, including bed count, EMR familiarity, and facility type - Gaps in employment over 90 days must be explained for a smooth hiring process **Important Considerations:** - Public transportation is not accessible in this area; reliable personal or rental transportation is essential - Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April to ensure your safety **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
