Schedule
- Full-time
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Assignment Length
- 13 weeks
Job Summary
- Performs routine and advanced imaging procedures
- Supports other imaging technologists as needed
- Helps maintain patient flow
- May work other shifts or at other campuses as needed
- Troubleshoots basic maintenance issues, participates in QA, and helps resolve image processing and archiving issues
- Scans and stores completed exams correctly in PACS
- Follows PACS downtime procedures and escalates issues when needed
- Reports equipment malfunctions and follows up as appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or an accepted and approved equivalent
- 1 year of hospital experience
- Basic computer experience
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in New Mexico
- Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (R)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Additional Notes
- Floating to other locations is required
