Job Overview

Location: Lake Havasu City, Arizona
Employment type: Travel

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arizona
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Assignment Details

Weekly orientation
May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility
Call is required
Weekend coverage is handled by a call team

Unit / Case Mix

Handles about 10 to 25 cases per day
Common cases include total hip, knee, and shoulder procedures, neuro and ortho spine, robotics, craniotomies, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, general surgery, and plastics
Uses da Vinci Xi and Meditech
