Job Overview
- Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
- Employment type: Travel
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NRP
Experience
- Newly hired nurses with 2 or fewer years of RN experience are hired at CN I status
- Higher clinical ladder levels may be considered based on relevant experience, national professional nursing certification, and additional nursing education
Role Summary
- Coordinates and implements patient care for the assigned unit
- Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized plans of care
- Provides patient and family education and discharge planning
- Performs point-of-care testing
