Job Overview

Contract role in Minot, North Dakota

Swing bed and outpatient opportunity
Work setting includes patient homes, office settings, and community environments

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in North Dakota
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
Driver's License

Additional Information

BLS/BCLS
Care is provided within a home health and hospice environment
