Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Tennessee
Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS

Clinical Setting

Primarily outpatient services for pediatrics and adults
May also help in acute hospital settings as needed
