Schedule

Nights, 3 x 12-hour shifts
Weekend work required: 6 days per 6 weeks schedule period

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
TNCC
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Orientation / Onboarding

New hires must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days
New hires are precepted and must complete organizational entry competency validation and Emergency Department-specific competency validation
Newly licensed RNs may participate in a residency program or other specific orientation
Annual competency verification is required
