RN - Emergency Dept

Job Overview

Location: Mount Pleasant, Texas
Employment type: Travel
Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Contract length: 13 weeks
Work type: Full time

Unit Overview

16-bed emergency department with 1 trauma bay and 4 fast-track beds
High volume of stroke and STEMI patients
24/7 cath lab support
Sees MVC traumas, psychiatric and geriatric patients, and pediatric patients

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
TNCC
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

Additional Notes

Temp-to-perm may be an option if department openings are available at the end of the contract
