Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree

Patient Population

Adult patients with stroke, traumatic and non-traumatic brain injury, debility, amputation, non-traumatic spinal cord conditions, some traumatic cases, cardiac/pulmonary conditions, and neurological disorders
