Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation

- Government-issued photo ID is required
- Social Security card is required as applicable for I-9
- Background check, education verification, references, employment application, skills checklist, and health screening documentation are required as part of onboarding
