Floating may be required to other units

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Indiana
Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year

Preferred Qualifications

Ventilator/tracheostomy experience preferred
Acute care setting experience preferred
