Required Qualifications
- Valid Mammography Technologist license in California
- Mammography Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card, as applicable for I-9
- E-Verify attestation
- Background check within 90 days of start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
- HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
- State patrol background search required within 90 days of start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask clearance required
- Tdap vaccination or declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu season, COVID, and drug screening documentation
- Respiratory safety clearance required for travel starts
Additional Notes
- Float policy acknowledgement may be required.
- Annual regulatory training modules are required.
