Job Overview
- Travel RN position in Hickory, North Carolina
- 13-week contract
- 4 x 10-hour shifts: 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
- 40 hours per week
- 4–5 openings
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Schedule Details
- Weekend call only
- Call required 7 days per month, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Unit Details
- Operating Room
- 13 beds
- 1:1 patient ratio
- Adult patients, with minimal pediatric outpatient cases
- No float requirements
Preferred Experience
- Orthopedic or neuro experience
Additional Notes
- Travelers must start on one of the listed orientation dates
- Candidates must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered travel
- Scrubs are provided through an on-site scrub machine
