RN - Psychiatry

Schedule

36 guaranteed hours per week
Every other weekend, 12-hour shifts
No call

Unit / Setting

Acute behavioral health
33-bed unit
Float between geriatric and adult behavioral health units

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
1 year of psychiatric experience
Psychiatric experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
CPI or HWC or NVCI
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Key Skills

Strong de-escalation skills
Strong communication skills

Additional Notes

Candidates must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered travel
Orientation dates are scheduled throughout 2026
